I'm your dream place to study hard and play hard
Want to explore and get out of your off-campus housing? Ottawa is a lively city with lots to do around town. There are countless museums for culture and history.
Would you like a change to your menu and a taste of something different? Chinatown and Little Italy will win your heart for dining, shopping, or just strolling around. Elgin Street pulses with bars, cafés, and restaurants.
Is shopping more your style? You got it! Ottawa houses many large shopping centres like Rideau Centre, which is only 550 metres from door to door. You will find boutiques on Sussex, Dalhousie, Wellington Streets, just to name a few.
If you’re looking for a spiritual venue, Ottawa features Christian churches of all denominations, ten mosques, many Buddhist temples, and worship centres of other faiths.
Safety first 📹
Your security is paramount to THEO. Our off-campus housing has security cameras and 24/7 staff on-site to offer you a comfortable living experience at THEO.
Getting around 🚌
No transportation is needed to go to University of Ottawa. Living at a THEO off-campus housing means you're just a few hundred metres from the main campus (less than 550 m, to be exact). Attending CNIH? Living at THEO puts you close to classes at CNIH, too!
Need to go somewhere? Ottawa enjoys an efficient transit system. There are buses on both Rideau and King Edward (right where we’re located), and the new light-rail transit system (LRT) has a station right on the University of Ottawa campus.
